Our Fundamentals course uses block-based programming language to introduce kids to the basics of computer programming, from understanding the meaning of constants, variables and events to animating their own graphic creations. The courses combine learning with hands-on creativity.
Introduction to Java
Students will become proficient with object-oriented programming. The course is designed to emphasize and illustrate important concepts, such as class-object relationship, methods, parameters and object interaction. By the end of the course, students will have developed their own interactive program in the form of 2D gaming.
Students will develop a greater awareness of the importance of correct syntax. The course expands on the concepts of class-object relationship, methods, parameters and object interaction. By the end of the course, students will be able to create more complex interactive programs in the form of 2D gaming.

In this course, kids will use MINECRAFT to learn programming techniques and gain an introduction to 3D gaming. This course will take the concepts learned in the Fundamentals and Introductory Java courses and demonstrate to the students the application of those concepts in a popular environment.
In this course, kids will learn how to write programs to create their own websites. Again, the course takes the concepts learned in the earlier courses and demonstrate to the students how to apply those concepts in popular media.
Courses run for 12 weekly classes from the date of the first class. Each class is of 90 minutes duration.
